Log in to the device management page and go to More > 5G Mobile Network Settings > 5G Status to view relevant information.

Module Status

  • 5G Module Version : The version number used by the device’s 5G module.

  • 5G Module Status : Whether the 5G module of the device is loaded normally.

SIM Card Information

  • SIM Card Status : Whether the SIM card is inserted and activated.

  • PIN Status : Personal identification number, a password used for authentication, usually set by the user to protect the SIM card from unauthorized use.

  • Band : The frequency band in the CPE network, that is, the frequency range used by the CPE network. Different countries and regions may have different CPE frequency bands, so the UE needs to support the corresponding frequency band to access the local CPE network.

  • IMSI : International Mobile Subscriber Identity, a globally unique identifier used to distinguish different mobile users.

  • IMEI : International Mobile Equipment Identity, a globally unique identifier used to distinguish different mobile devices.

  • ICCID : Integrated Circuit Card Identifier, which is the unique identifier of a SIM card and is usually printed on the SIM card.

Network Status

  • IP : The IP address of the device on the CPE network.
  • Gateway : The IP address of the gateway used by the device on the CPE network.
  • Subnet Mask : The subnet mask used by the device on the CPE network.
  • DNS0/1 : The status of the Domain Name System (DNS) in the CPE network. If DNS is unavailable or has problems, it may prevent some websites or services from being accessible.
  • Network Standard : The standard of the CPE network, which is the technical specification of the CPE network.
  • Ue Status : The status of the user equipment.

    Cell: A basic unit in the cellular network, which is the geographical area covered by the base station (Base Station).

    SEARCH : UE is searching the network, but no suitable 2G/3G/4G/5G cell has been found yet.

    LIMSRV : The UE is camped in the cell, but has not yet registered on the network.

    NOCONN : The UE is camped in the cell and registered on the network, and is in idle mode.

    CONNECT : The UE is camped in the cell and registered on the network, and is on a call.

  • Upload Bandwidth : The maximum upload bandwidth allocated by the current operator in the current band.

  • Download Bandwidth : The maximum download bandwidth allocated by the current operator in the current band.

RF Information

  • RSRP (Reference Signal Received Power): Indicates the received reference signal power, also expressed in dBm. RSRP is one of the important indicators used to measure signal strength in CPE networks. It measures the power of the reference signal sent by the base station and is usually used to evaluate network coverage.
  • RSRQ (Reference Signal Received Quality): Indicates the received reference signal quality, also expressed in dB. The higher the RSRQ value, the better the signal quality.
  • SINR (Signal-to-Interference plus Noise Ratio) : Indicates the ratio of signal to interference plus noise. It is an indicator of signal quality, also expressed in dB. The higher the SINR value, the better the signal quality.

Instructions on 5G network signal strength

  • Excellent : -95 <= RSRP < 0 ; SINR >= 20 ; -10 <= RSRQ < 0
  • Good : -105 <= RSRP < -95 ; 10 <= SINR < 20 ; -15 <= RSRQ < -10
  • Weak : RSRP < -105 ; 0 < SINR < 10 ; RSRQ < -15
