More > 5G Mobile Network Settings > PIN Setting

Log in to the device management page and go to More > 5G Mobile Network Settings > PIN Setting to view relevant information.

PIN Status

  • Ready : SIM card has been identified.
  • UnReady : SIM card has not been identified.

PIN Code

A PIN (Personal Identification Number) is a numerical password used for identity authentication. The PIN for the SIM card can be queried through the official website of the network operator or customer service hotline.

PIN Lock

When your SIM card is set with a PIN lock, you need to enter the correct PIN to unlock it and ensure the normal usage of the SIM card.
